Acquisition functions: Acquire dots, lines, circulars and arcs.

Construction functions: Construct the dots acquired to form the straight line, the circular and the arc.

Combined computing functions:

1. The combination calculation between “dot” and “dot” gives their dot distance and midpoint coordinate;

2. The combination calculation between “dot and line” gives their dot line distance

3. The combination calculation between “straight line and straight line for their crossing” gives their intersecting point coordinate and their included angle

4. The combination calculation between “straight line and straight line for their centering” gives the central line information for the two lines

5.  The combination calculation between “circular and circular” gives the information of the crossing points and the center distance of the circulars

6. The combination calculation between “circular and straight” gives the information of their crossing points and the distance from the center of the circular to the line.

 

Functions for the treatment of the shape and location tolerance:

1. Measurement of the roundness between circular and arc;

2. Measurement of linearity;

3. Measurement of axiality

4. Measurement of symmetry

5. Measurement of location

 

Exchange of the coordinate system

1. The coordinate transition between the rectangular coordinate and the pole coordinate

2. Establish the new coordinate and set the coordinate straight.

 

Data output: Outputting to AUTOCAD, EXCEL, WORD to conduct further data processing.

Picking tools:

Picking coordinate points lines, circles, arcs, calculation of spacing and midpoint between two points, calculation of the center of 2 circles, and calculation of the included angle between two straight lines.

Point-picking ways

Automatic point-picking for frame selection, automatic line, circular, and arc-picking for frame pulling, point-picking by manual aiming, automatic point-picking verification by cross-line center, and point-picking by cross-line rotation.

Construction functions:

Construction of a median between two lines, construction of a straight line between two points, and construction of a circular or an arc among three points.

Combination functions:

Calculation of the mid-diameter, semi-angle, pitch for the screw threads, calculation of point spacing and middle-point coordinate between two points, calculation of the distance from a point to a straight line between a point and a line, calculation of the intersection point coordinate between to circles, calculation of the included angle between two straight lines.

Allowable shape-position tolerance

Linearity, roundness, arc, axiality, symmetry, and the depth of parallelism

Transformation of coordinates:

Rectangular coordinate system, pole coordinate system, coordinate translation and set upright.
