TMM-640 mini zoom monocular video micro series have two types, TMM-640 and TMM-640C. They are characterized by Infinity Optical system design, short and beautiful, large depth of field, can be with detent. Enriched accessories, various CCD adapters, magnification objectives, coaxial illumination are available. They can be widely applied in semiconductor equipments, especially suitable in two-dimensional, three-dimensional measurement systems.

● Standard total magnification: 0.6X~4X, extend total magnification: 0.09X~16X(use auxiliary objectives and kinds of magnification CCD adapters)
● Adjusting high lightness LED coaxial illumination (TMM-640C)
● The measurement to match between the support and the main body:Φ35mm
● 0.5X、1X(standard outfits)、1.5X、2X four kinds of CCD adapters to be selected.
● 0.3X、0.5X、0.75X、1X(standard outfits)、1.5X、2X auxiliary objectives to be selected.
● Kinds of auxiliary illuminators, stands to be selected.
