Description:
The QG-120

This machine is mainly
made up of the upper cover, the intermediate base, the lower frame and strong
cooling system and the X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis driving mechanism these seven
components.
The upper cover is
mainly made to a complete safety studio. There is the left and right door in
the front, both with a safety switch on the door. And the user can see the
process of cutting through the observation window. Above the upper cover, there
is an alarm for complete cutting and machine error. And there is a fan to
discharge the working vapor of chamber, keeps indoor clear without fog.
The intermediate base
is mainly used to fix the X axis, Y axis and Z axis three driving mechanism, is
made of
The lower frame is used
to fix the intermediate base and electrical components and there is a tool room
in front of the lower frame. The tool room is equipped with the left and the
right door, and the bottom of lower frame is equipped with four wheels and four
horizontal adjusting bolts. (Note: Before cutting, the work table must be
adjusted to the horizontal and the pulley is separated from the ground.)
