The spindle shaft of the abrasive wheel is fitted on the rocker arm bearing block, it is driven by the V-belt. Loose or tight of the V-belt can be adjusted by deflecting the tensioner. Swinging motion of the swinging arm will convert to the feed motion of the abrasive wheel whether the cutting feed quick or slow will depend on the swinging arm. Above the working table is the specimen quick clamping device. Pressure bar can move up and down. Clamp and use easily and intelligently. There are cooling liquid passing in the pressure bar. Under the pressure bar there is the working clamp port.
It has “V” slot for Clamping the specimen. A diaphanous organic glass protective cover mounted on the working table is used for observing and protecting when cutting. There are in-out water channel and cooling liquid switch in the cutter. The consumption of the cooling liquid could be adjusted of cutoff at will according to the cutting requirement. Cooling water tank is used for storing the cooling liquid which has been collocated can be used circularly. You should select the fine lubricating property coolant to collocate the cooling liquid and no to use the ordinary running water as the cooling liquid. For cutting the specimen of the rock or ceramic materials, you must use the diamond wheel blade. (The diamond wheel blade is available of special order.)
