1. Application
The machine is a large metallographic cutter designed and made according to the principle of safety and environment protection. The machine can cut the samples of metal and non-metal materials, so as to observe metallographic and petrographic structure of the materials. The machine, featured by stability, low noise, easy operation, safety and reliability, is an indispensable equipment in making samples of solid materials in modern labs.
2. Structure
The machine consists of a cutting system, a cooling system, a lighting system, a cleaning system, etc. The upper part of the machine is totally covered with an openable shield. An oversized window in the front of the openable shield, together with high-light lighting system, can make the operator know well about cutting course. The manual cutting pull-rod on its right side can make cutting of large-sized workpieces easy. The cast-iron workbench with a groove, equipped with a vice, can cut deformed workpieces. Ultrastrong cooling system can prevent the workpiece from burning. The cooling water-tank is put inside the base, with a filter screen to collect residuals and scrapes. The gate-type safety switch and anti-explosion device can protect the operator.
